We would like to welcome you to the Inverness Brain Health and Dementia Resource Centre, proudly run by Alzheimer Scotland. Whether you’re looking to protect your brain health or seeking support after a dementia diagnosis, we're here for you.

Our Centre offers a warm, friendly environment where you can drop in for information, advice, or a chat. Based on Strothers Lane, we host a range of regular activities, including chair yoga, exercise, drop-in cafés, reminiscence sessions, and more – all designed to support wellbeing.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, our dementia-friendly Centre has been thoughtfully designed to feel local, familiar, and homely.
